Bootcamp
Bootcamp is our 30 minute, kick butt, fat blasting, sweat-it-out class. Don't think you can't get a kickbutt workout in under 30 minutes? You better try joefitness bootcamp.

Strength
Ignite the fat burning flame by adding muscle! No we are NOT going to "bulk you up"! With our strength training class we are focused on increasing your metabolism by getting you stronger.

Kickboxing
Kickboxing at joefitness is a 30 minute workout that promises to get those arms and legs burning. You actually get to punch and kick targets in this kickboxing class, none of that silly shadow boxing synced to music. Class is set up in a circuit style where you will have 1 - 2 minutes on each station to get your burn on! Kickboxing is a perfect class to mix-up your routine!

What class time should I come to if I am a beginner?
Our classes scale! We can easily adjust the weight, repetitions, offer alternative exercises, or whatever you need to make the class easier for you! Just let us know that you are beginner and we'll make sure the exercises are scaled to your level.
