Toe taps on a 18″ box or High Knees x50
Squats (butt below your knees!) x30
Push-Ups (all the way down, back straight!) x10
Complete As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) in 6 minutes for beginners and 10 minutes for more advanced!
